Title: A. MIZPIP McDowell stated in an internal discussion at Mizzou, it would be best for Jamie Shutter to serve on the Commission going forward. Due to scheduling conflicts, she was unable to attend today’s meeting. Hollis said MU will need to send a new memo appointing Shutter. McDowell stated they have also been working on language regarding the legalization of recreational marijuana and how even though recreational marijuana will be legal in the State the entirety of the Mizzou Campuses will fall under the drug free School act, which is a federal regulation.
