Authorizing Rader Hospitality Company, L.L.C. the temporary closures of a portion of the alleyway located north of Locust Street and between Sixth Street and Seventh Street, and a portion of the sidewalks along the east side of Sixth Street and the west side of Seventh Street; granting temporary waivers from the requirements of Section 16-185 of the City Code to allow possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages and Section 16-258.1 of the City Code to allow amplified sound exceeding a distance of 300 feet for the area associated with outdoor events.
