A request by Engineering Surveys & Services (agent), on behalf of Jeffrey E. Smith Investment CO. LC (owner), are seeking approval of a revised 4-lot Preliminary Plat of M-N (Mixed Use - Neighborhood) zoned property, to be known as lots “2A, 3A, 3B & 3C of Gentry Estates 2”. The proposed preliminary plat represents a revision to the Lots 2 and 3 of the 2012 preliminary plat entitled “Gentry Estates Plat 1.” The approximately 13.17-acre subject site is located southwest of the intersection of West Nifong Boulevard and Aurora Drive.
