Repealing Ordinance No. 026277 which approved an amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement relating to the Broadway Hotel Phase Two Redevelopment Plan and Project and authorized the issuance of tax increment revenue notes, and enacting in lieu thereof an ordinance approving a Third Amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement and authorizing the issuance of tax increment revenue notes in connection with the Project.
