Title: Case # 89-2025 A request by Engineering Surveys and Services (agent), on behalf of Novelty Construction, Inc. (owner), for approval of a partial rezoning, Statement of Intent (SOI) revision, and approval of a site-specific PD plan to be known as, "Centerstate East Subdivision."
