Title: Case # 45-2023 A request by the City of Columbia to amend Sections 29-1.11(a) [Definitions], 29-3.2, Table 29- 3.1 [Permitted Use Table], and 29-3.3 [Use-specific Standards] of Chapter 29 of the City Code (Unified Development Code) pertaining to the regulation of residential dwellings used for the purposes of short-term rental (STR).
