Accepting technical assistance through the Urban Sustainability Director’s Network (USDN) to provide for financing strategies for climate action and adaptation plan development; authorizing staff to participate in the development of comprehensive financing and funding analysis for implementation of a climate action and adaptation plan for the City of Columbia, as well as the creation of a guide to assist other cities in performing similar work in future climate action plan updates.
