Approving a revised Kiwanis Park Master Plan; authorizing construction of the Kiwanis Park improvement project to include renovating the Talbert Thurston Shelter, resurfacing the parking lot and driveway, constructing an ADA walkway from the parking lot to the shelter, replacing existing lighting with LED lights and other miscellaneous improvements; calling for bids through the Purchasing Division for a portion of the project.
