Begin discussion of the IRC Code Review
Start review of 2021 amendments to the IRC
R325.5 - Bathroom exhaust fan termination. Motion made by Dave Weber to eliminate
amendment but no second.
R318.7.5.1 Risers. Motion made by Dave Weber and seconded by Kyle Saunders.
Vote
was 3-2 in favor of retaining amendment
R321.1.1 Where Required/ Guards on open sided walking surfaces. After discussion it
was agreed to add definition of walking surface and eliminate amendment.
R321.2 Window Fall Protection. Keep amendment.
