Donald Weaver, as General Counsel to the Columbia Police Officers
Association - CPOA request that Council, by the end of this fiscal year,
commit to a 5-year plan that will: (1) rescue the police pension; (2) ensure
it is removed from the Governor's watch list; (3) and achieve a funding
ratio of at least 80%.

Emily Piontek - Meeting renewable energy goals and incentivizing city
residents to go solar via a Solarize campaign, which is an effort that can
be led by a local government and involves community organizations, solar
businesses, and others in signing up groups of residents to bulk-buy solar
in order to earn cost savings on the panels and to get more residents to
invest.
