Permit (CUP) to allow 1419 N. Azalea Drive to be used as a short-term rental  
for a maximum of 210-nights annually pursuant to Sec. 29-3.3(vv) and Sec.  
29-6.4(m) of the Unified Development Code. The 0.24-acre subject site is  
zoned R-1 (Single-family Dwelling), is located approximately 360-feet  
southeast of the intersection of Audubon Drive and N. Azalea Drive, and is  
addressed 1419 N. Azalea Drive.
