City Staff Attendance: Michael Bauer, Aaron Decker, Christoher Gilstrap
Meeting was called to order at 4:05pm by Richard Shanker.

Continue with next chapter of review.
Richard Shanker called for quorum count. Determined no quorum present. Stated we
were unable to continue due to no quorum.
Other members were contatcted to attempt to find one more for quorum. No result.
Richard Shanker called for adjournment.
