I. CALL TO ORDER  
Meeting called to order at 7:46 PM.

Motion to approve the agenda made by Mira Tosh, and seconded by Harvey  
Munter, motion carried.  
IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
No approval of minutes needed, as this was the subcommittee's first meeting.  
V. NEW BUSINESS  
Social Media Content Creation and Planning

The Youth Advisory Subcommittee included; Mira Tosh, Emily Crumbliss, Harvey Munter,  
Grace Harris, Ellie Brooks, and Eleanor Schierding. Starting off discuss, the group  
discussed what the instagram takeover week would look like. They discussed the week  
prior to their youth summit, highlighting that they wanted their last post to include  
promotion for their youth summit. The group discussed several ideas, including the  
potential for polls or interactive posts.  
Day One: The group discussed that day one would include an introductory post. Who is  
YAC, what do they do, and more.  
Day Two: The group discussed highlighting their areas of focus, one per day. This day  
will be sustainability. Focusing on a variety of topics including, Office of Sustainability,  
Earth Day contest, CoMo Canopy and more.  
Day Three: The group discussed possible ideas on this topic. This included gun safety,  
Office of Violence Prevention, and including CPD quotes.  
Day Four: The group discussed ideas around wellness. Some of these topics include  
anti-vaping, public health, first aid training, suicide prevention, screen time and sleep  
time, and many more topics.  
Day Five: The group discussed this as being the final day. This would promote the youth  
summit and telling members what to expect at the youth summit.  
The group also suggested having a post following the youth summit that shows pictures  
and videos at the youth summit.  
The group discussed members working on this ideas outside of the meeting. Each  
member was assigned a day and will come back to the next meeting with some possible  
drafts (with a focus on Cover slides).

Emily Crumbliss motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mira Tosh.  
Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM.
