I. CALL TO ORDER  
Meeting was called to order with committee approval at 1:02 pm.

V. OLD BUSINESS  
The BlkHandSide Collective Update  
D'Markus updated committee on Tyree's repeal on offer of services to the OVP.  
Community Mental Health for Practical Application Update  
D'Markus updated the committee on the need for error correction that will postpone the  
community trainings until corrected by council.  
VI. NEW BUSINESS  
Community Navigation Liaison RFP  
D'Markus updated the committee on the current RFP for the navigation liaisons and next  
steps to award the RFP.  
National Institute for Criminal Justice Reform Landscape Analysis  
Committee members conducted a community violence analysis of a fictional city in order  
to gain a better understanding of the analysis that will be conducted for the OVp by the  
NICJR.  
VII. REPORTS  
Bullet Related Injury Clinic  
Committee viewed part of a documentary created to inform on the creation and the  
offerings of BRIC. Committee also discussed the potential partnerships with BRIC in the  
city. Tasca mentioned the trauma care component and the ongoing care participants  
could receive. Anthony Johnson expressed interest in going to the STL BRIC clinic to  
observe.  
Young Men United  
D'Markus discussed his conversation and exploratory meeting with Dr. Jabari Bodrick  
from Young Men United in Columbia, SC. Charles Stephenson asked for contact  
information for Dr. Bodrick because of his desire to discuss a similar program done by  
Powerhouse called Boys to Men. D'Markus expressed a hesitancy in part because of a  
conversation with Ann Merrifield at Big Brothers and Big Sisters regarding 70 mentor  
vacancies and Young Men United being a mentorship program that could further  
exasperate vacancies by need of mentors for the program.
