I. CALL TO ORDER  
Meeting called to order at 3:33 p.m.  
II ROLL CALL AND INTRODUCTIONS

Stephen Bybee, Chris Campbell, Suzanne Bagby, Samuel Griffith, Daive Dunkley,  
Greg Olson, Monica Naylor, S. David Mitchell, Fran Tibbs, Nickie Davis and Donna  
Clayborne  
City staff present: Amy Schneider, Sarah Parks, Gabe Huffington, Megan McConachie,  
Shawna Johnson, D'Andre Thompson, Sarah Dresser, Brian Adkisson, Rusty Palmer.  
Media present: Columbia Missourian (Sterling and Shane), KOMU (Kylie). Others  
present: Renee Carter from Race Matters Friends and Lyria Bartlett from MU Architecture  
department.

IV. APPROVAL OF AGENDA  
Greg Olsen moved to approve the agenda. Suzanne Bagby seconded the motion.  
Agenda approved as written.  
V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
Nickie Davis moved to approve minutes from July 8th meeting. Greg Olsen  
seconded. Minutes approved unanimously.

Presentation of draft report from working groups  
Suggestions:  
-Formatting- add page numbers  
-add captions to photos in the appendices  
-excellent work on the history section  
-add architecture documents as an appendix  
Once this report is presented to City Council, this will conclude the work of the task force  
Decals are being finished for the building windows  
Nickie Davis moved to accept draft report for finalizing. Suzanne Bagby  
seconded. Unanimously passed.

Ensure report is available in District and Boone County History and Culture archives and  
on the City of Columbia website (add to BeHeard project)
