I. CALL TO ORDER  
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM.

A motion was made to approve the agenda.

A motion was made to approve the minutes of the last meeting.

IV. TREE PRESERVATION AND CITY PROJECTS  
Wright began the discussion by reminding the group of the timeline leading up to the  
letter to City Council. McMains described the method in which metrics were gathered for  
canopy data. The board discussed the content of the letter. Quackenbush made edits  
and sent a final draft to be shared with the rest of the Tree Board. The board members'  
names are to be added to the letter after final review and approval. Wright asked Fritz to  
get an update on the project status.  
A motion was made to accept a final draft of a letter to City Council.

V. TREE BOARD BUDGET  
The board discussed the FY25 budget. Several items were mentioned including  
sponsorship, events, and training. McMains suggested the Midwest International Society  
of Arboriculture conference in January. Quackenbush looked up registration information.  
VI. WORK CALENDAR  
The group discussed topics for future agenda items. They decided to begin review of the  
Urban Forest Master Plan.  
VII. REPORT FROM LIAISON  
Fritz talked about the Community Canopy Program and a recent meeting with Missouri  
Conservation Corps and the Good Stewards group. He the talked about the City's plan to  
review the Complete Streets policy.  
VIII. GENERAL COMMENTS BY PUBLIC, MEMBERS AND STAFF  
Bybee talked about the upcoming project with the Ridgeway Neighborhood Association.  
A tree care field day and social will be held Friday, November 29th. Tree Board members  
were encouraged to attend.  
IX. NEXT MEETING DATE  
The next meeting will take place December 18th. Agenda items will include a follow up  
from letter to council and discussion on the Urban Forest Master Plan.  
X. ADJOURNMENT  
The meeting adjourned at 6:22 PM.
