Widens from 4 to 6 lanes through Columbia  
Motion: Write a letter to MODOT to remind them to meet at previously agreed upon  
30% progress point

IX. GENERAL COMMENTS BY PUBLIC, MEMBERS AND STAFF  
Carol Elliott mentioned that Jackson Hotaling, Missourians for Responsible  
Transportation, is drafting an executive  
summary for MO Active Transportation plan to send to MODOT. He is looking for letters  
of support for this summary, needed before end of December.
