A motion to approve the agenda as written by SPISSO was seconded and passed  
unanimously.  
IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
A motion to approve the 12-11-2024 meeting minutes by KELLEY was seconded  
and passed unanimously. Abstaining: WOZNIAK and AVERY.

V. OLD BUSINESS  
a.  
Aaron Decker, Building Regulations Supervisor and Robert Schreiber III, Building  
Construction Codes Commission updated the Commission on the process for  
bringing the City up to the 2024 Codes and asked for interested Commissions  
members to join the process for the residential energy conservation meetings.  
Kelley and Sell volunteered to join.

Members discussed FY 2026 budget priorities and asked staff for more  
information about FY2025 budget priorities that were not approved.  
VII. NEW BUSINESS  
a.

A motion to authorize the Commission to submit an adopt-a-spot application for  
the location at Vandiver and Route B by GUSTAFSON was seconded and passed  
unanimously.  
A motion to authorize up to $100 from “Noncontractual Services” for any needed  
adopt-a-spot expenses, up to $150 from “Promotions and Sponsorships” for food  
and supplies for the April and September Wellness Walks, and $50 from  
“Promotions and Sponsorships” for registering for a booth at Columbia Earth Day  
by TIPPETT MOSBY was seconded and passed unanimously.
