I. CALL TO ORDER  
Astrid Villamil called the meeting to order at 5:07 p.m.

Astrid Villamil moved to approve agenda, Cheryl Miller seconded the  
motion. The agenda was approved.  
Astrid Villamil moved to approve draft minutes from 6/6/2023  
subcommittee meeting.  
Cheryl Miller approved draft minutes. The minutes were approved.

March Listening Session  
Members discussed the choice to move the event to a less busy month,  
even though December is international human rights month. The topic  
will be brought up during the regular meeting. They need to choose a  
possible date (March 2nd, 9th, 16th).  
Members discussed co-sponsoring event with Library.
