I. CALL TO ORDER  
Meeting was called to order by committee approval at 1 pm.

V. OLD BUSINESS  
Responses to The BlkHandSide Collective Proposition  
Committee suggested gaining more information from Tyre Byndum on his offerings for the  
OVP. D'Markus and Anthony Johnson will set a meeting with Tyre to further inquire and  
report back to the committee.  
NACo Fall 2025 Youth Justice Peer Exchange - Pierce County, WA  
D'Markus presented feedback from the peer exchange trip. Joanne Nelson also spoke to  
the collaboration seen with the differing organizations during the exchange trip.  
Community Mental Health for Practical Community Application Trainings  
D'Markus discuss the planned trainings in the identified communities in the city.

Community Locators: GIS and Stressor Maps  
Near East Neighborhood Opportunity & Community Accountability  
Procouncil (NOCAP) Report  
D'Markus updated the committee on the current progress and happenings from NOCAP.  
VII. REPORTS  
Office of Violence Prevention Dashboard  
Shreya Mukerji presented the OVP dashboard to the committee and she communicated  
on the extent of her data collection, processes, and future work flows.  
Bullet Related Injury Clinic (BRIC) Report  
D'Markus discussed his communication with the leadership of the Bullet Related Injury  
Clinic (BRIC) in providing services in Columbia. He also informed the committee on their  
offerings and their position in the intervention space.  
National Office of Violence Prevention Network Annual Convening Report  
D'Markus reported back to the committee regarding the information gained to further  
assist with the development of the OVP from the convening. D'Markus mentioned  
potential partnerships with other OVPs in the region, specifically Toledo and Columbia,  
SC.
