I. CALL TO ORDER

Attending from the Finance Department was Matthew Lue, Jim McDonald, Deep

Debnath and Jessica Sapp. Also in attendance was Mike Murphy of CoMoBuzz.

Introductions were made.

Mr. Bloom made a motion to approve the agenda; Ms. Suhler seconded the

motion and it was approved unanimously.

IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Mr. Bloom made a motion to approve the four sets of minutes as presented; Ms.

Suhler seconded the motion and it was approved unanimously.
