Reviewed foundation anchor alternative 401.3.6, motion made by Kas Carlson and
second by John Page to delete, motion passed
Continued review of 2021 admendments to the IRC starting on R602.3.1 Stud size
802.5.2.2 Rafter Ties; Motion made by Kas Carlson to amend to read every other
rafter instead of 2' on center, second by Jonathan Trunk, motion approved
-M1411.8 No action until input from HVAC contractors
-M 1502.4.2 Motion to delete by John Page and second by Kas Carlson, motion
passed
