I. CALL TO ORDER

II. INTRODUCTIONS  
The Commission Members introduced themselves.  
III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA  
Tish Johnson made a motion to approve the agenda. Jay McIntosh seconded the  
motion. The motion was unanimously approved.  
IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
Approval of the October 24, 2022 minutes  
Jay McIntosh made a motion to approve the minutes. Jacque Sample seconded the  
motion. The motion was unanimously approved  
V. OLD BUSINESS  
VI. NEW BUSINESS  
BeHeard Como Input  
Stephanie Brown will get the amount of Strategic Plan surveys submitted through  
BeHeardComo at Jay’s request.  
Tish suggested that they may need to consider another format for gathering input if  
people are not using the current survey. The group discussed breaking the Strategic Plan  
into the different priority areas for reporting and public input sessions and assigning and  
enlisting assistance from coordinating Boards and Commissions. They will consider  
starting this approach next year.  
Sasha mentioned that the Mayor requested that the commission “revision” their vision.  
The February report to Council will include their current actions and progress, future plans  
and a review of their vision.  
The group discussed possibly having a city employee to assist with marketing and  
engagement.  
Jacque will write a draft summary for the report of the proposed future plan and approach.  
Tish will reach out to Carol Rhodes regarding the December 10 event.  
VII. GENERAL COMMENTS BY PUBLIC, MEMBERS AND STAFF  
Seth expressed concerns about the attendance of commission members and why some  
have not attended meetings. The group will request attendance data from Carol.  
VIII. NEXT MEETING DATE  
The December 26 meeting is canceled as it is an observed city holiday. January 23, 2023  
will be the next meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
