I. CALL TO ORDER  
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.

Renee Hoagenson made a motion to approve the agenda. Sasha Pass seconded  
the motion. The motion was unanimously approved.  
IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
Renee Hoageson made a motion to approve the minutes. Jackie Sample  
seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved.

April 17 "draft" report to City Council  
Renee Hoagenson made a motion to approve the April 17 "draft" report to the  
City Council. Sasha Pass seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously  
approved.  
Community of Excellence Update  
Process for identifying Performance Excellence Commission Candidates  
Jay McIntosh and Carol Rhodes provided an update to the Commission regarding the  
virtual training session that was held on March 30, 2023. This is the first in a series of  
virtual training sessions being offered by the Community of Excellence Program.  
VII. GENERAL COMMENTS BY PUBLIC, MEMBERS AND STAFF  
Jackie Sample reported on a meeting she had with Council member Roy Lovelady. She  
indicated that they discussed the possibility of appointing a Council member to be a  
representative to each of the city's Boards and Commissions. Council member Lovelady  
discussed the idea with the City Manager and it will be further discussed by the City  
Council at their June retreat.  
VIII. NEXT MEETING DATE  
The next meeting will be held on Monday, April 24 at 5:30 p.m.  
IX. ADJOURNMENT  
Renee Hoagenson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:25 pm. Jackie  
Sample seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously.
