Meeting was called to order at approximately 6:01 p.m.

None.

III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA

Motion to approve the agenda made by Hinnant-Root, seconded by K. Yu,

motion carried.

IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

December 12, 2023 Minutes

Motion to approve the December 12, 2023 minutes made by Hiles, seconded by

Crumbliss; motion carried.

V OLD BUSINESS

Podcast Discussion

Members decided to focus on the Youth Summit, due to time constraint.

Youth Summit Planning Committee Updates

Members continued to finalize location for the Youth Summit, and a possible agenda.

Members also narrowed down a list of potential organizations, and individuals whom they

would like to participate in a panel for the Youth Summit. Members discussed the goal

and vision for the Youth Summit, as well as various ways of promoting the Youth

Summit.

Other items to discuss

Members discussed writing a letter in support of the Safe Haven Ordinance; and

presenting it to Council during the next City Council meeting.
