Members discussed the FY2025 budget recommendations.  
Ryan Kaufmann called attention to his suggestion to look into HOA rules restricting solar  
installations.  
A task was established for outreach to HOA’s regarding authorization of solar.  
Discussion on the Energy related proposals was deferred until Lexi Hall could present the  
changes and answer questions.  
Modifications were made to the language of the Buildings related proposal.  
MOTION: "Send updated list of proposals to CAAP teams and request  
Transportation budget item updates."  
Moved by Godwin seconded by Huhman. Passed unanimously.

FY25 and the CEC booth at Earth Day.
