LUDDEN moved to approve January 9, 2024 and January 22, 2024 minutes of the CEC.  
SHANKER Seconded. Mothion passed.

CEC reviewed staff comments and revised their budget recommendations.

ADAMS moved to approve budget recommendations as listed, LUDDEN seconded.  
Discussion of the historic uses of CEC budget. Motion passed, SHANKER opposed, all  
others in favor.

GUSTAFSON moved to approve submission of the CEC’s application for Earth Day  
activities. LUDDEN seconded, motion passed.
