I. CALL TO ORDER  
The meeting was called to order at 5:03 PM.

A motion was made to approve the agenda.

IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
A motion was made to approve the minute of the last meeting.

V. TREE BOARD BUDGET  
The board discussed the budget request for FY25. Quackenbush suggested requesting  
more to account for inflation. Kyd recommended requesting $1,800. Quackenbush offered  
to draft a request letter to council. The group then discussed fees and purchases for this  
years budget.  
A motion was made to request that the Tree Board's annual budget be increased  
to $1,800.

VI. COMMUNITY FORESTRY GRANT  
Fritz gave the board an update on the proposal. He informed the group that Neighborhood  
Services had funds to pay for the installation of a water spigot at the site. Installation is to  
occur sometime in March. The request for funds for the cost share will be on the  
Council's agenda in March.  
VII. WORK CALENDAR  
The Tree Board discussed upcoming dates and events. Kyd offered to register for a booth  
at Columbia's Earth Day celebration.  
VIII. REPORT FROM LIAISON  
Fritz talked about a conversation he had about the City's Otocast account. The mobile  
app includes a city tree trail. He was asked if the Tree Board has any interest  
contributing. The group decided to add it to the agenda for the next meeting.

The next meeting will be March 20th.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 PM.
